No general pest menu, no upsells. A twice-yearly bait program applied wall to wall at exact rates, on schedule, with as little disruption to your operation as possible.
Spring and fall, every year
The spring / early-summer application starts the decline while colonies are actively foraging. The fall application carries the reduction through winter, when a colony would otherwise rebuild. Six-month intervals are what keep the numbers down.
Growth-regulator bait, not mound-by-mound poison
Workers treat the bait as food and carry it underground to the queen. Once she's sterilized, the colony can't replace itself and collapses from the inside — typically around 95% down within 6 to 10 weeks.
Wall-to-wall coverage at exact rates
Calibrated equipment, edge-to-edge application. Spot-treating visible mounds leaves the rest of the population untouched and invites the space to be reoccupied.
Immediate re-entry on private property
Products are EPA-registered and labeled for use around people, pets, livestock and infrastructure. On private property there's no re-entry interval — you can be back on the ground as soon as we're finished.

- • Price is driven by the size of the area actually treated, at $0.56 per 1,000 sq ft.
- • Wooded areas, streams, ponds and lakes are excluded — you aren't billed for them.
- • Small lots carry a service minimum to cover the trip and application.

What's realistic
This is not a 24-hour fix, and anyone promising one is selling something else. It takes a few weeks for bait to move through a colony. Fire ants also fly, so new colonies will eventually try to move in from surrounding land — which is exactly why the program runs twice a year rather than once.
